Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by MoreLife Digital LLC, trading as TrustShield24, registered in the United Arab Emirates ("TrustShield24," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

TrustShield24 provides Trustpilot review analysis and removal request services. Our services include:

• Scanning and analyzing Trustpilot business profiles to identify reviews that may violate Trustpilot's published content policies
• Preparing and submitting documented review removal requests to Trustpilot on behalf of clients
• Tracking the status of submitted removal requests
• Ongoing monitoring of client profiles for new potential policy violations

We submit removal requests based on our assessment of Trustpilot's content policies. We do not guarantee that any specific review will be removed. Trustpilot has sole discretion over whether to remove a review. Our service is limited to identifying potential violations and submitting removal requests through Trustpilot's established processes.

2. What We Do Not Do

To be clear about the scope of our services:

• We do not remove reviews ourselves — we submit requests to Trustpilot, who makes the final decision
• We do not flag legitimate negative reviews that comply with Trustpilot's content policies
• We do not post fake reviews, buy reviews, or manipulate ratings in any way
• We do not guarantee specific TrustScore outcomes
• We do not provide legal advice

3. Payment Terms

Pricing model: You are charged per review that is successfully removed from your Trustpilot profile by Trustpilot. The per-removal rate is agreed upon before work begins and is stated on your personalized audit page.

Deposit: Before we begin work, you pay a refundable deposit based on the estimated number of removals. This deposit is calculated by multiplying the estimated number of successful removals by the agreed per-removal rate.

Settlement: Once all flagged reviews have been resolved (either removed by Trustpilot or determined as unsuccessful), we calculate the final amount owed:

• If fewer reviews were removed than covered by the deposit, the difference is refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days
• If more reviews were removed than covered by the deposit, the additional removals are charged to the card on file at the same agreed per-removal rate

Payment processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed amounts. We do not store credit card details on our servers.

Free audit: The initial Trustpilot profile audit is provided at no cost and with no obligation. Requesting an audit does not commit you to purchasing our removal services.

4. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is straightforward: you only pay for reviews that are successfully removed from your Trustpilot profile. If a flagged review is not removed by Trustpilot, you are not charged for that review. Any deposit amount attributable to unsuccessful removal requests is refunded.

Once a review has been confirmed as removed by Trustpilot, no refund is available for that removal as the service has been delivered.

5. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business and Trustpilot profile
• Grant us user-level access to your Trustpilot Business Dashboard by adding our team as a user (not by sharing passwords)
• Not use our services for any illegal or unethical purpose
• Not request that we flag reviews that do not violate Trustpilot's content policies
• Authorize payment as described in these Terms

6. Trustpilot Dashboard Access

To provide our services, we require user-level access to your Trustpilot Business Dashboard. This access is granted by you through Trustpilot's built-in user invitation system (Settings → Users → Invite). We will never ask for your Trustpilot password. You can revoke our access at any time through your Trustpilot dashboard settings.

We will use this access solely for the purpose of submitting review removal requests and monitoring review status. We will not modify your profile information, respond to reviews on your behalf, or take any action outside the scope of our agreed services without your explicit authorization.

7. No Guarantee of Results

While we have extensive experience in identifying and flagging reviews that violate Trustpilot's content policies, we cannot guarantee that any specific review will be removed. The decision to remove a review rests entirely with Trustpilot. Our historical removal rate (approximately 45–65% of flagged reviews) is provided as a guide based on past performance and is not a guarantee of future results.

We also cannot guarantee specific TrustScore improvements, conversion rate changes, or any other business outcomes resulting from review removals.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrustShield24 and MoreLife Digital LLC shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from Trustpilot's decisions regarding review removal
• Any changes to Trustpilot's policies, systems, or processes that affect our ability to provide services

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, design, code, and graphics, is the property of MoreLife Digital LLC. Our audit reports and analysis are provided for your use only and may not be resold, republished, or distributed to third parties without our written consent.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, audit results, or the details of our engagement to any third party without your consent, except as required by law. We may use anonymized, aggregated data (e.g., overall removal rates) for marketing purposes without identifying you or your business.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. If you terminate during an active engagement:

• You are responsible for payment for any reviews already confirmed as removed
• Any remaining deposit attributable to reviews not yet processed will be refunded
• We will revoke our access to your Trustpilot Business Dashboard (you may also revoke it directly)

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
